This stuff was instrumental in my survival. This was exactly what my body needed as I was suffering from crippling anxiety and depression. For the first few weeks, I struggled with severe detox symptoms, but I forced myself to push through because I knew my body needed it. A miracle occurred around week five; it was as if someone turned on a switch in my brain. My anxiety decreased by 75%, my depression improved dramatically, and I was able to FEEL happiness for the first time in a long time. I was able to reclaim my life thanks to this product! It's not going to happen overnight, so be patient. In addition, I'm required to take more than the recommended dose- Each individual's body is unique. It's incredible! I'm back to my old self. I have a double MTHFR gene mutation and have done nothing to address it. I've always been someone who is very active. Having a smaller brain fog. On the first day, I could tell a difference. The more I use it, the more energized and motivated I become. I have two MTHFR mutation genes, which can cause an excessive amount of the amino acid homocysteine. This, in turn, can lead to a variety of issues, including heart problems, but most notably clotting issues, which I suspect. For people with these mutations and extremely high homocysteine levels, the "recommendation" is to keep their homocysteine levels between 6-8%. 7 (again, for the word "ideal"). They believe it can help lessen or even prevent these health problems. When I first started taking HomocysteX Plus, my level was 17. My level dropped to 8 after about a year of taking one tablet every day. The numbers don't lie, even if I don't notice any difference. For the foreseeable future, I intend to keep HomocysteX Plus in my daily routine.
I've been using this product for a few months now and am pleased with the results. If you have the MTHFR mutation (which I do), you must take this supplement. It's not a magic bullet, but it's helped me feel more energized and at ease. One word of advice: in terms of dosage, start small and gradually increase it (read: (Perhaps one pill per day is sufficient). I have to break the capsule open and divide it into a couple of capsules, which I will take over a few days, as it is too much otherwise. I've been very pleased with it since I figured it out.
