I haven't reordered the bottle because I don't have it anymore. The expiration date, on the other hand, was far ahead of when I received them.

CONTAINS "cyanocobalamin," a man-made vitamin that is extremely dangerous if you search for it. The company claims that the vitamin is made from fermented food, but this is not the case. THIS IS NOT A PRODUCT I RECOMMEND.
Unfortunately, every time I take these, I get severe heartburn that lasts for the next 5 hours. So I'm afraid I won't be able to use them for another 6 hours: (I'm not sure which ingredient is causing the heartburn, but I'd stay away from these if you have a sensitive digestive system. ).
New Chapter appealed to me because the ingredients were fermented, which I enjoy. B vitamins are in short supply in my body. I had no trouble swallowing the pill, despite its size. They didn't cause me any discomfort in my stomach. I'm only going to use this brand.
This vitamin appeals to me because it is made with fermented ingredients. It absorbs better in my body than a different brand I tried. br>I also recently had a blood test, and my B12 level was excellent.
3 weeks. When I swallowed it, it tasted like vitamins, so I only gave it 4 stars for taste. I'll buy from you again, without a doubt!.
New Chapter is a high-quality publication that is simple to understand. Don't squander your cash on ineffective, low-cost brands and products.
My B12 deficiency symptoms appear to have improved, so I'm not sure if it's the placebo effect.
I've been taking B Complex for a few years to help with nervous system issues, but in April I switched to the New Chapter brand and began experiencing pins and needles sensations in my hands as well as extreme fatigue. I didn't associate it with the vitamin until a few weeks ago. After reading a few reviews, I decided to stop taking it to see if there were any side effects. I'm no longer experiencing pins and needles or extreme fatigue after a few days without it. I was becoming increasingly concerned that, like my mother, I would develop Fibromyalgia. I won't be taking this brand of B Complex again, but only time will tell.
