It all depends on how "synthetic" and "natural" are defined to you. Keep in mind that most "natural" supplements did not appear in nature in the same form as they do in the supplement. The key ingredients in "natural" supplements had to be EXTRACTED in order to create the supplement's formula. As a result, you won't come across Pyrodoxal 5- while walking down a country road one day. Phosphate (vitamin B-2) is a mineral that is found in the human body. 6) Fruit that hangs from a tree and can be plucked and eaten. So, as you can see, "natural" can mean a lot of different things to different people; it all depends on what "natural" means to you. For instance, the vitamin B-complex Pyrodoxine HCI Pyrodoxal 6- has benefits in the body that Pyrodoxal 5- does not. B-phosphate is a phosphate form of the mineral B-phosphate. 6 and vice versa do not have. Furthermore, some of the less expensive B-class hotels In some complex formulas, one or more of the B family members, such as B-, will be omitted. 12 or a portion of the B co-workers Inositol and Choline, for example, are both included in this B-complex. If you're looking for a well-formulated Vitamin B complex that's also reasonably priced, this one is definitely worth a shot.

There has been a change in the recipe. You've changed the label since then. You could have switched the ingredients as well. I previously ordered this product, but it is no longer effective since your ridiculous update; it stimulates appetite but does not provide energy. It never stimulated an appetite or provided energy that lasted the entire day of work before you changed the ingredients. br>Whoever's idea is very bad, and whoever's idea is very bad, is someone who doesn't care about the people's health. I'm giving your product a poor rating because I'll buy it again, and we'll rate you on Facebook as harmful to both women and men's health.
It was about a month ago that I noticed the difference. I had been taking these capsules for a long time and had always been pleased with the increase in energy and reduction in anxiety that they provided. I'm back to how I was before I started taking the B 100 complex. I'm guessing something changed in the manufacturing of this product, so I switched to the Solaray brand.

After using these for over a month, I realized that the nausea I'd been experiencing every morning/early afternoon could be linked, and when I stopped taking them, the nausea disappeared! I've been taking a Bcomplex for years and have never had anything like this happen. I'm extremely disappointed. I'm going to revert back to my previous BComplex.

So, AFTER SPEAKING WITH THEIR PHARMACIST, NUTRITIONIST, OR DOCTOR, I WOULD RECOMMEND THESE TO ANYONE.
After having a knee replacement, my doctor recommended that I take these. It allows the nerves to regenerate more quickly, in my opinion. These are Large Yellow Capsules, and yes, they will turn your *output* yellow. I don't find them difficult to swallow, and I don't have any problems with taste or aftertaste when I take them.
