That is an excellent query! I first purchased the vitamin from Walgreens, and then purchased the same vitamin from Amazon. When they arrived, I checked the box with my magnifying glass, then checked the bottle, cap, and seal to see if it was properly sealed. I compared the ingredients and other information from the Amazon bottle to the information from the Walgreens bottle. Both bottles were identical in terms of the ingredients listed on the label, the way they were sealed, and the expiration date. I also have a friend who works for a specialized lab that tested the fluid inside the softgels, and both Amazon and eBay were helpful in this regard. The ingredients and amounts of ingredients in Walgreens softgels were identical. I hope this has provided you with the information you require.
I just opened a new bottle, and the color has changed to a dark red. I attempted to contact Nature Made, but they were closed for the weekend. Is there anyone who has already called to complain about the color change? br>Updated on October 7, 2015: When I contacted NatureMade today, they informed me that the formula had been updated and that beta carotene had been removed to eliminate the use of synthetic dyes. They're going to change the label to make it more in line with the product.
It's difficult to quantify! 5/8"x1/4" is the approximate size. They aren't as large as many vitamins on the market, and certainly not as large as multivitamins or fish oil pills. If you have swallowing problems, these are no problem for me to swallow.
I made a phone call to the firm. They haven't used up all of the old labels yet, so that's the new color. The new labels will soon feature black as the new color.

I was disappointed when I received this vitamin complex and discovered that it did not match the product description (I've included a photo of my bottle next to the photo of the product description so you can see the differences). No vitamins exceed 100% of the daily value in the online description, which is important to me because certain vitamins taken in excess can cause damage to the liver and kidneys in One of these is vitamin B3, also known as niacin. This is why I was so disappointed to discover that every vitamin in the bottle I received exceeded the recommended daily dose by 1000%! That is an absurdly large sum of money. Because of the excessive vitamin content and the misleading product description, I would not recommend this vitamin complex. The pill size, on the other hand, is reasonably small, which is a positive. However, because I'll be throwing these away, pill size isn't a big deal.
So far, I've been using them for a week. The first two days were consecutive, but the third day was skipped. I had one on the fourth day. The fifth day was skipped. and I went out today and took one. br>br>Most of the time, I feel like I'm too weak to get out of bed. Sometimes I just don't want to get out of bed. br>br>I didn't expect them to assist me, and I'm not sure if they do, but if asked, I'd say yes. br>br>On the days I took a pill, I cleaned an entire two-story house (except for my parents' room), washed my curly hair for four hours, walked my dog three times around a large dog park, cooked a nice meal for myself, and spent time with my family. On these days, I even dressed up and received compliments for it. br>br>On days when I didn't take a pill, I pretty much slept the entire day away. br>br>Put them to the test.
The vitamins are excellent, but why are there so few in such a large bottle? I realize this is a minor gripe, but the bottle is only about 1/4 full. All you have to do now is shrink the bottle.
While few B complexes carry the USP or GMP independent, third-party verified lab testing stamp, Nature Made is a brand whose non-USP and non-GMP non-GMP non-GMP non-GMP non-GMP non-GMP non-GMP non-GMP non-GMP non-GMP non-GMP non-GMP non-GMP non-GMP non-GMP non-GMP non-GMP non-GMP non-GMP non I trust them because they almost always get complex vitamins. If you're looking for a B complex that doesn't include a mega-nutrient, this is the place to go. You can't go wrong with a dose of vitamin C like this. Small gel caps the size of a pencil eraser make up the pills. I've never been good at swallowing pills, but these are no exception. They also help me maintain my energy levels during the day. br>br>In a nutshell: The pill is small and easy to swallow. Consistent expiration dates a year out ensure no waste, as well as a third-party verified brand and a great source of energy.
I take these on a daily basis to help prevent migraines, and I've noticed a significant reduction in migraine frequency and severity. I'll continue to shop!.
Each time I took the correct dose, I became agitated, paranoid, and panicked. I'm not sure what's going on because I've never had this problem with other B complexes.
Saved me. I could barely get through the day because I was exhausted and dragging. Now I'm back to my old self.
I'm a vegetarian, and I'm aware that I need to include essential supplements in my daily routine to make up for any deficiencies in my diet. 1 capsule per day is all I take. This supplement has been well tolerated by me with no negative side effects. I intend to keep using it. My memory, mood, and energy level have all improved physically as a result of this program.
