A friend of mine recently inquired as to whether I was taking B complex. "Not for a while," says the man, "because I already take a good men's vitamin. " They suggested that I try it out for a week, one at a time, and see if I notice any changes in my mental state. I've noticed that I'm able to stay focused for longer (a lot of writing and reading requires a high level of acuity) and am less physically tired since the first day. I'm glad I listened to my friend because the ingredients are far more than what's in a daily men's vitamin. I've bought other products from this brand and found them to be very good, with long expiration dates (indicating that they're still very fresh). Do you require some mental stimulation? This product should be used on a regular basis.

This is effective for the first 6 to 7 hours of the day. I've discovered that taking another half tablet about four hours after waking up gives me enough energy to get through the day.

All of the vitamins listed are in excess of the DRA. It appears to me that some of them could be acquired in excess, which could be problematic.

You'll notice it coming out of your body if you have a strong medicine taste. After a month of taking these, I can't tell if they're doing their job or not. I bought them in the hopes of gaining more energy, but I'm not getting any.

To avoid acne, I combine it with biotin drops. It accomplishes that goal while also providing me with a tremendous amount of energy. This is an excellent product.

I get night sweats whenever I take one of these pills as prescribed. even in a 67/68 degree room with a light blanket (read: (This isn't a warm environment. ) I stopped taking them because they were the only thing that changed in my routine. The following night, the night sweats stopped. When I resumed taking them, the sweats began to return (the same night)! When I stopped taking them, the sweating stopped again right away. Whatever advantages I might have gotten from taking these aren't worth the sweaty nights of insomnia. br>Because the pills are small, they are fairly simple to swallow. They have an unpleasant odor, as do most vitamin B pills. These are not something I would recommend.
