Each type of B vitamin appears to be in a Very Good Dose

I compared the ingredient list on this bottle to that on a bottle from a specialty supplier that is supposed to be one of the best available before deciding to buy this product over all the other Vitamin B complex options. Every type of B vitamin in THIS complex was on par with or better than the vitamins from the specialty supplier. br>br>I'm not sure if these vitamins have the same level of bioavailability as specialty vitamins - i. e. how quickly they can be absorbed by our body. I'm not sure how I'm going to find out. I'll come back and update this if I figure it out.

Only use vitamins that have been created by nature

I only take Nature Made Vitamins, and I'm hoping they're doing their job. As long as my doctor says so, I'll follow his advice. He doesn't seem to like it when I take a lot of vitamins, but I've been in charge of what I've been doing for years and I'm still alive, so they must not be interfering with my medications. Nature Made Products will always be my first choice. They were the first vitamin to receive Medical Society approval.

It helped me with my neuropathy

The taste isn't great, but the results I get are fantastic. My feet were numb due to nuopathy, but since taking these caplets, they are no longer numb. This isn't to say that it will work for everyone, but it has for me.
