"Vegetarian cellulose capsule" is written under "other ingredients." I hope this has been of assistance. I no longer take them, or only take them on rare occasions. To put it another way, I'm trying to get rid of them. I noticed a difference in my energy level when I first began taking them. I didn't notice any difference after a month or two. I cut out gluten from my diet. I'm now completely free and eating extremely healthy, and I'm noticing more of a difference than I could with any bottled vitamin.
I've never had a problem like this. I usually purchase two bottles at once and take one capsule per day. While I'm using the desiccant, I leave it in the bottle.
Capsules are what these are. You can open the pills and dissolve the contents in applesauce. I hope this information is useful.

Folic Acid in Methyl Form I'd suggest it. This is an excellent product for people who are stressed out because it relieves the tension. It's also a great product for people with the MTHF gene mutation because it contains both folic and vitamin Bs in the methyl form (there's no point in taking Vita B if it's not the methyl form if you have the mutation). When you compare the total amount of each vitamin in this product to other similar products, you'll see that it's well worth the extra cost. I would recommend it to anyone who has fallen in love with it.
