I was taking Stress B Complex, but it made my stomach hurt. This organic brand was recommended by a friend, and after taking it, I experienced severe anxiety for no apparent reason. Upon further investigation, I discovered that these vitamins contain far more than the daily recommended amount. We all know that B vitamins are good for maintaining a healthy nervous system and keeping one balanced. My anxiety returned to normal a few days after I stopped taking them. Please do some research on the vitamins you're taking. They're all bad and potentially dangerous.
For most people, this would be beneficial, but for those who suffer from anxiety, such as myself, it has the opposite effect, stimulating rather than calming, making anxiety worse. Even though I had taken it first thing in the morning, I couldn't sleep. I was given far too much energy as a result of this. I hoped that it would help me relax.
I've been taking this B vitamin for a long time, but the ingredients have recently changed. More corn-containing ingredients have been added, to which I am extremely allergic. I'll have to look for a different solution. I'm extremely disappointed.
Because of the high DV%s listed on the Balanced B Complex label, I only take HALF a tablet per day. As far as I can tell, this has solved the problem. It is more cost effective to take Megafood's Balanced B Complex pills. (Note: It's not a perfect match—every component of the Balanced B Complex isn't exactly twice as powerful as the Adult B-Complex. This compromise appears reasonable to me, despite the fact that it is a centered formula.
Megafoods Balanced B Complex is a high-quality product that I've been using for the past ten years to treat low energy. I still have the same amount of energy as I did 30 years ago at the age of 75. My wife, who is also a vegetarian, enjoys these. It's convenient to be able to take them whenever you want without having to eat first.
