Nature Made Biotin 1000 mcg Softgels, 120 Count

These are fantastic for my hair. My hair was in desperate need of biotin because the edges were frayed. That did not sit well with me. Biotin has gotten a lot of good press, so I decided to give it a shot. My hair had grown in length and my edges were filling in nicely within a month. The problem is as follows: IT MADE ME EXTREMELY EXTREMELY EXTREMELY EXTREMELY EXTRE HORRIBLY! I was depressed because I was getting new zits every day. My skin changed dramatically after I stopped taking it for a week! Please do your research and make sure you don't have acne-prone skin, because your face will be horribly disfigured. This is something I do with my hair. I squeeze out a few caps and rub them into my hair's edges and other areas, and it still works great. I strongly advise you to try it, but be cautious of the breakouts.

These are fantastic. They're tiny and convenient to carry around. I've had issues with pills ever since I had my son. Everything seems to make me gag. I'm not sure if it's the smell or the size, but I've never been so sensitive to pills or had such a difficult time swallowing them. It is extremely aggravating. I'd like to think of myself as a beauty expert who tries everything. I recently shaved my head and donated my hair. I'm trying to grow it out again so that I can donate more, and I'm also getting married this summer, so I'll need some extra inches. Hair growth benefits from biotin. When I first started using them, I was concerned that they would cause my body hair to grow as well as my head hair. I was also concerned that when my hair did grow, it would not be as healthy as it had been. My body hair didn't grow any faster than usual, and my head hair was in good condition. This has really impressed me!.

These supplements appealed to me a lot. They're a cute purple capsule with a small size. I've tried biotin before, but it caused me to break out like a maniac: (I read somewhere that taking vitamin B5 would prevent biotin breakouts, so I started taking biotin in the morning and B5 at night, and my acne didn't worsen! After a few months, I noticed a significant improvement in the quality of my skin, as well as an increase in hair thickness.

Like: this was a tiny pill that was very easy to swallow, and the flavoring wasn't particularly distinctive or distasteful, which I think is a good thing. br>br>Dislike: This brand is more expensive than other biotin products; I've seen biotin for around $3-$4 at Walmart. This one costs almost twice as much as the previous one. In addition, based on my and my mother's personal experience, I noticed patches of hairloss within the first three days of taking it. When I stopped, the rapid hair loss seemed to come to an end as well. When taking these pills, I would exercise extreme caution.

Regrettably, I did not use this on a regular basis. But, to my surprise, I noticed a sudden increase in the volume of my hair, as well as a bit of strength and growth.
