Biotin is an excellent supplement for hair, skin, and fingernails because it is small and easy to swallow. After six months of taking it every day, I noticed a difference.

My nails have become stronger as a result of taking Biotin. My nails were thin and cracked, and I was having trouble with them. Since beginning to take Biotin, my nails have grown longer and stronger.
This supplement was purchased to supplement my vitamin regimen in order to promote hair growth. Titanium dioxide, which has been linked to hair loss, is present in it. When the results of my scalp biopsy revealed scarring alopecia, my doctor informed me that new research suggests titanium dioxide may be to blame. I looked through all of my food, products, and vitamins and discovered that this Biotin contained it. More information is available at: In 1966, the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) approved titanium dioxide for use in products. It was approved by the European Union in 2008, but it was later banned in 2017 due to safety concerns. Not all products must have it on their label if it contains less than 1% of the total product weight in it. Be Wary of the Buyer!.
My fingernails are growing like crazy while I'm on it! My nails have always been a mess, peeling and splitting, but this helps. It's also assisting in the recovery of my toenail, which had become infected due to fungus. It was even recommended by my foot doctor as a good supplement for nail growth. There is no flavor in these white, easy-to-swallow gel caps. Taking the best kind of medicine!.
Nature's Bounty is a well-known vitamin manufacturer. Biotin aids in the growth of my hair and the prevention of hair loss, as well as the protection of my fingernails, which have stopped splitting.
Biotin relieves joint pain and stiffness, which is why I take it. It's something I've been doing since 2011. I had what felt like arthritis in my hand, and after three days of using biotin, the pain was gone. This was an unexpected side effect, given that I had only recently begun using it for my skin.
I'm very pleased with the vitamin D3 supplement.
I take one and swallow it, breaking it open and rubbing it directly on my nails. I've had acrylics on for over 20 years, and the B has greatly aided in the strengthening of my natural nails.
