I haven't decided yet. These vitamins/brand, on the other hand, are effective! After about four hours, My hair and nails were healthy and strong after 6 weeks.

2500 mg seemed like a good strength to start with. I'm sure if you took the recommended dosage, this would be a fantastic product, but after a few days, every joint in my body was in excruciating pain. That's when I read the warnings and discovered that it can cause joint pain in people with arthritis. For me, the money I spent on this product was a waste.
My nails didn't grow as fast as they should have, but my hair did. This is a fantastic boost for me as I'm going through menopause and losing hair.
These, on the other hand, were helpful when I was still trying to keep my hair. To be honest, I've been losing my hair since I was 20, so only an act of God could restore it, but these did help to produce small hairs that gave it a fuller appearance. This is fantastic!.
I was just about to finish the bottle when I realized it was empty. I don't have any other brands to compare it to because I hadn't tried this supplement before. The softgels are perfect little purple 'pearls,' and they're very easy to take. I wish that all supplements were created in the same manner. The main reason I bought it was to speed up the growth of my hair. I had my hair cut about 6 months ago, and the process of growing it out has taken an eternity. I took one (2500mcg) every day. My nails grew faster and stronger as a result of this treatment. My hair? Hair grows naturally without the use of supplements, but where my hair was thinning, specifically around my hairline and forehead, I began to grow new hair! Really looking forward to it! What about the duration? I couldn't get my hair in a ponytail when I first started, but now I can, and it's a few inches above my bottom hairline, so, while hair grows on its own (keep in mind that it's been about 150 days), I believe this supplement has aided in the growth of new hair and length. I work with other women who use Biotin and report similar results, and I've had elderly patients who have benefited from it (I'm a nurse). I can't say which brand they use because I'm not familiar with it. However, I used Nature Made and am extremely pleased with the results.
After years of watching my nails deteriorate, I decided to give biotin a try. My nails had grown stronger, thicker, and whiter in just a few weeks. I only made one change: I started taking biotin. My drab brown hair was also given more depth and richness. br>I only purchase vitamins from Nature Made - I know I'm getting what I'm paying for because the USP Verified label says so.
not sure. It's difficult to say whether or not this is effective. For a product like this, I'm still unsure of the best serving size. Is it true that 2500 mcg does more than 500 mcg or less than 5000 mcg? br>br>Quality is exactly what you'd expect. For your morning stack, this is a great addition. Based on what I've read (and some preliminary research), 2500 mcg appears to be the best dosage for the benefit - More than that will set you back more money and likely won't help you.
My hair and nails have never been stronger, longer, or healthier than they are now that I've been taking this supplement every night for about 5 months. My nails used to be paper thin and ripped all the time. They now have the appearance of acrylics. I'm not one of them. My hair is silky soft and grows at a rate of nearly 2 inches per month. The pills themselves are small and easy to swallow, with no taste. I would give them a ten out of ten.
My hair is no longer thinning, and some areas of my scalp have even filled in. My nails, on the other hand, haven't changed because they still split and don't grow very much.
