The form is liquid and "water soluble," and it is thiamine mononitrate, which is what most Vitamin B1 fortified foods contain. breakfast cereals, for example. The difference between a water-soluble and a fat-soluble vitamin is significant. The body will use a water soluble vitamin, and any that is left over will be expelled. A fat-soluble vitamin will be used, and any excess will be stored in the body's fatty cells, which can be harmful to your health if a build-up occurs. When taking vitamins, always consult your doctor if you have any concerns.
This is a water soluble natural source of Vitamin B1 that comes from decomposed sea vegetables. Water and vegetable glycerin, which is derived from coconuts and gives it a sweet taste but is not a sugar and does not appear on the glycemic index, are the only other ingredients.
Because there are no flavors in the liquid, it tastes like sweet water.

Which . This is a fat-soluble synthetic B-complex vitamin. br>Which can lead to toxicity and death if you have liver problems. Thank you very much for the alert!.
This B- is one of my favorites. 1 (thiamine), which I take at night to help me fall and stay asleep. The fact that the 8 oz size came in a blue plastic bottle was very disappointing. Cobalt blue glass was previously used for 1 oz bottles. As a result, I expected the larger size to be in blue glass as well, as shown in the listing photo. Because 8 oz lasts longer than 1 oz, it's pointless to bottle larger sizes in plastic. Because I don't want the plastic's chemicals to leach into the B- 1. I poured the liquid into a glass container and placed it in the refrigerator. This isn't something I should be doing. Because of this, you might want to seek out a different source. After all, how long has it already been kept in plastic?.
I bought this for my cat who was having neurological issues; she has poor balance and used to fall a lot before I started giving her several drops of Thiamine every day. She'd drool and lie in the same spot all day on some days. She still bumps into things and falls from time to time, but not nearly as frequently as she used to; She doesn't have the drooling, sluggish episodes very often. (I saw Dr. Pol on TV prescribe this for an animal with neurological issues, and a nurse friend says it's something they do with their neurological patients. ).
It took about a week for me to notice a difference in my neuropathic nerve pain, but it was well worth the wait. Because I have a fast metabolism, all medications and supplements are ineffective, and I have to take more of them to achieve the desired results. However, it is well worth the money. I suffer from chronic pain as a result of a multi-level spine injury. I'm on the highest doses of pain relievers and muscle relaxers due to my metabolism, but I'm still in pain, so I'm experimenting with alternative treatments and supplements.
My dr. has prescribed 300 mg of thiamine, which I am unable to take orally due to gastrointestinal problems. Because I use this for a specific purpose, I am not the most qualified reviewer. The glycerin carrier agent is pure, which is an advantage. The amount of dispensing and the amount are both disadvantages. The instructions say "one dropper," but the droppers aren't lined or marked in any way, so that's a bit of a stretch; one dropper delivers 6 mg. For the time being, this works for me because I'm gradually increasing my dosage, starting with four droppers to get to 24 mg. Because there is a lot of fluid to apply topically, this will be both costly and inconvenient. It would also be a significant amount of glycerin to swallow. But, of all the different types of glycerin on the market, this one is the one I can tolerate the best.
For the past two years, I've been using Honeycombs B1 and B6. I tried other brands, but Honeycombs gave me the results I was looking for: no more migraines! B1, B6, B12, and D3K2 changed my life for the better, and I love that they're sublingual. Through a vein under your tongue, it quickly enters the bloodstream.
However, a higher dose is preferable. Because I am deficient in B1, my doctor prescribed it for me. The pharmacy pills, on the other hand, were extremely difficult to swallow. They made me sick to the point where I couldn't even open the bottle due to the stench. br>br>The taste of these liquid drops is sweet and easy to swallow. They do, however, contain a fraction of what my doctor recommended. (7. 100mg vs. 5mg). If they could make it in a stronger dose, that would be fantastic.
When I gave this to an elderly cat with kidney disease who was experiencing generalized neuromuscular weakness, she perked up immediately. She was on a different b1 from capsules for upkeep and took frequent large doses.
