It's a bomb
This vitamin is not for my health, it is to help keep mosquitoes away from me.

B1 vitamins are not all created equal. I have tried a number of different brands. I find this one very helpful if I'm feeling moody or anxious. It has positive effects on both my husband and me. every morning so that I'm more productive during the day. I take one at night so that I'm more relaxed during the night. I love the fact that there is no magnesium stearate. I give it to my husband every time he has nightmares, and he is fine after taking 2 or 3 caps. I really like the product and the price is also very reasonable.
Easy to swallow and healthy, these capsules are an excellent choice. This is a great company.
The nerve system in my body has been working better for the past few days. The vitamin b1 that I have been taking has helped me so much that I will never buy another one again. That's the only one I'm going to get.
I would like to start off by pointing out that these soft gels taste amazing and they are an absolute pleasure I am really pleased with this purchase and I wouldn't change a thing. I'll spread the word about this product to other people.
