It's been almost 3 years since my gastric bypass and I am still in need of more nutritional supplements I ate 1 and that was just enough to keep me at a good level. I guess the only thing I can say is it is a vitamin and you can take too much or too little depending on your situation. Be sure to consult your doctor before taking it.
The price for this name brand supplement is too good to be true. Niacin in B1 (niacin) dissolves in water, so taking two ten minutes before going outside will keep mosquitoes As a homeowner in a wooded area with a pond, I do not need to use any chemical repellents when I use B1.
Research led my husband to discover Dr. Berg, who said that a B- does not mean you have a failing grade An inadequate one is not a good one. We no longer live in such a situation in our home. It has helped me feel better since I started taking it daily.
I love it. As of yet, I have not encountered any issues.
