I initially voided out quite a bit of sugar the first day I took these, but that problem has now mostly gone away and my blood sugar levels have been lower each day. Currently I am taking four caps per day of these along with three caps of Alpha Lipoic Acid 600 mg each time I take them and I am so excited that I have found something that actually My diet is still under control and I take my medication as necessary. If I can't succeed with other brands, I will return to this brand if not. Because this brand's formula is more expensive, I am going to try other brands.

My first bottle is about to run out, but I don't notice any improvement in my numb feet and This is why I bought it in response to a recommendation by Dr. Alan Mandel on YouTube. It is a B1 vitamin that is fat soluble. There is something wrong with my feet and legs that has been there for a while. There has been a gradual deterioration since the problem first manifested 15 years ago. It is the first time I've heard someone suggest an over the counter supplement as a possible treatment. My blood sugar is fine, so no diabetes for me. To see if it helps, I will continue using it for 3 or 4 more bottles.

I must give this product time to prove that it will be helpful before I can recommend it. I was prescribed it by my doctor to flush sugar out of the nerves in my feet, in order to ease diabetic neuropathy symptoms. We are still waiting to hear the verdict.

The morning dose and the lunch dose are the same for me. The best times to take it seemed to be this time of day. I take metformin at supper and bedtime. I am able to better control my blood glucose levels.
