Reduces the number of hot flashes I have

Puritan's Pride is the most affordable liquid form of resveratrol, and I started taking it because it's the best antioxidant supplement. In addition to helping with hot flashes, I was pleasantly surprised. The hot flashes I have been getting haven't been as bad as they were before, so I wonder why I'm not experiencing as many as I did In reviewing my diet and my supplements, I realized that the only thing I changed in the last two weeks is that I added My first drug experience with this brand a pleasant surprise. This 100 mg dose seems reasonable to me. The problem with supplements these days is that they are too loaded with ingredients, and too much isn't always good.

I'm a big fan of supplements that are backed by science, but Resveratrol has mostly been proven to be wrong. You can find resveratrol by going to nonprofit nutritionfacts dot org and typing in the term. An overview of the science can be found in a video there. In my opinion, it would be best to consume whole food sources such as grapes and berries to effectively avoid exposure to this substance. The bottle was about half trashed after I finished using it. Due to the lack of FDA oversight and in general the lack of a large, high quality, long-term study of supplements, there is a risk involved with any supplement Human trials have been conducted for a long time. Your own well-being depends on it Experimenting with different supplements to find the best ones.

It comes with 120 capsules, so it lasts a very long time. It is also a fair price compared to other supplements I have tried. The product is great and I will.
