The quality of the product is extremely important! As a cancer survivor, my husband has benefited greatly from the use of Pure Encapsulations brand vitamin D, Resveratrol, B Complex, and many other supplements. Pure Encapsulations was a highly recommended and trusted brand by Naturopathic physicians. Compared to my last purchase of this brand of resveratrol, it looked completely different, smelled completely different, my last purchase had a completely different color, it's size had changed, and its contents had changed significantly! As I returned the product, I found that my concerns had been voiced by another consumer here as well. I thought perhaps I had received an old product. The product is really not an issue for me, nor do I have any issues with the seller since I have repeatedly bought it from Amazon without problem, and thus I gave it 3 stars, as I want to remain neutral as I am not passing judgement on the seller. It is simply a review where I express my concerns regarding the BRAND AS A WHOLE. The Naturopath my husband visited last time revealed to us that Nestle has acquired PURE ENCAPSULATIONS as well as a number of other businesses that have been professionally recommended.
