Prop 65 is a problematic law, and it is possible that most of the products that people sell on websites such as Amazon that have Prop 65 warnings, and that are intended for consumption, As for this particular one, I haven't done much research, and it's not on the list for literally no reason (or possibly even a good reason), so I can't say for sure if it's safe or not. If you're worried, look into one of the ingredients and do a little research. I have been confused about this since all the information I have seen indicates fish is the only source of DMAE and that no vegan sources exist. DMAE is also in a skin care product I found that claims to be vegan, but it contains DMAE. There might be other sources of it or it might be synthesized. As much as I'd like to try it, I really hope so. It would be nice if they told us where their information came from.
