Taking it made me feel horrible. I wish I could return it or get a refund for it. I took it for five days, and it completely destroyed my short-term memory for those five days and possibly a day or two after that. It made me light-sensitive and "tight" in my head. It was a strange sensation; I felt pressure coming from a spot inside my head that felt like it was right in the center. My boyfriend tried it for a few days as well, but had no negative effects; in fact, he felt nothing at all from them.
