I considered it a waste of money and found it lessening the intensity of my focus As I recall, I took this supplement at night before going to bed for some reason, and I found that it worked better I was able to stay focused all day the next day after I took it the night before and I was extremely happy with this product. The next time I'm in the market for these items, I'll definitely be picking up more.

It is the unfortunate mistake of two capsules in a day of taking citacholine (aka CDP choline), which is a very potent, bioavailable form of choline. This caused fatigue, headaches, fogginess, irritability, and other side effects associated with excessive consumption of cholesterol. It is an excellent product but it should not be used in excessive amounts. There is no doubt that it is extremely powerful. My side effects gradually transitioned into a very clear, calm focus when I took one capsule a day. Possibly I will update this review as I continue to add supplements- In general, this is a quality product - I've deducted one star due to the use of stearate and other unnecessary fillers not found in the competition.

Over the last few years, I have mostly used jarrow for my cholinergics which I assumed was the only option for citicoline. Jarrow is a great company, however, they are not necessarily cheap unless you buy in bulk, so I looked for other Taking into consideration that I have only used this supplement for about 2 weeks in a noot stack (and as such cannot speak to its purity or concentration), I would say that it seems similar to the citicoline from Jarrow's and is considerably cheaper. In the future, I will be sure to continue to purchase from "amazing nutrition" as the price stays the same. As well, I'm interested in seeing what other cognitive supplements they can offer their customers.
