Corn oil is included as one of its ingredients, but there is no information on Amazon about it as of 6-16-2015 There needs to be an update to the ingredients list

Those with food allergies will find it difficult to understand what is happening if the current ingredients are not listed. Due to the presence of corn oil, this product is not suitable for those of us with corn allergies. This has been a very disappointing experience for me when I thought I had found a brand that I could use and now have to.

I definitely recommend this product. Having said that, I am only able to comment on how small and easy the capsules are to swallow. Beta carotene is essentially beta carotene apart from this. It is to be used in moderation, since even one-day use can be abused You'll have an unattractive yellow tone to your skin from the sun each day, which I assure you is not necessary. There's no reason for anyone to take more than the prescribed dose, unless under the guidance of a doctor. I take it each two to three times a week (the dosage is quite high).
