My skin issues were resolved. With the appearance of rough bumpy skin on the backs of my arms, I was showing classic signs of vitamin A deficiency. I couldn't figure it out until I went online and looked it up. My multivitamin manufacturer, on the other hand, had made a change. I was taking Garden of Life's women's multivitamin and had heard that the formula had been altered by the new owners. Garden of Life had been purchased by Nestle, and the nutrients in their vitamins had been reduced. My multivitamin's vitamin A content was reduced from 6000 mcgs to 1000 mcgs. Until recently, I had not given much thought to the label. My skin began to roughen and appear less healthy as the quality of Nestle's GoL vitamins deteriorated. I bought Solgar beta carotene and noticed a difference in my skin after a month. The bumps and roughness on the backs of my arms were gone!.
After almost six months of use, my vision will be tested next month. Then I'll be able to tell if there's any difference. br>br>Previously, my eye sight had improved to 20/15.
