It doesn't appear to be chewable or easily soluble, so I believe it's meant to be swallowed whole. I find them easy to swallow, but they have a strong flavor (to the point where I wouldn't want to chew them).

Take the pill and swallow. For the past two decades, I've been taking Solgar's Dry Beta Carotene 10,000 IU. Because I wanted a lower dose than the standard 25,000 IU, I went with it. This product does not contain any oil. If you have trouble digesting fats, it's free, but the hard-to-digest fats aren't. The find dose method is applicable to a much larger population. The round, orange tablets have a diameter of 1 cm. They have a smooth exterior and are easy to swallow. After taking one dose, I developed severe cotton mouth the next day. I'm done with it. On the Amazon description, I also noticed a California Proposition 65 warning. When will these corporations remove this garbage from our foods and supplements?.
After taking one pill per day for two weeks, I haven't gotten another zit. It's probably not a good idea to take a pill every day for an extended period of time, but it's a huge relief to no longer have to deal with new zits after decades of trying everything. Some people seem to benefit from it, while others do not. So far, it appears to be working well for me.
I began taking Beta-acid supplements. To help my immune system, I take carotene. Wasn't it a pleasant surprise when my eyesight improved? I'm aware that it's good for your eyes, but I hadn't given it much thought.
I'm undecided about accepting it. Is there no soy in it? I'm not sure if I should take it because my bottle isn't the same as the one pictured in the description. Because I'm allergic to soy, I purchased this product. In the photo, it says "free of soy," but nowhere on my bottle does it say that:.
The soft gels are ineffective. It's nearly impossible to come across something like this.
