On a daily basis, I take a number of vitamins and supplements. I've decided to include a good mixed carotenoid supplement in my daily routine in order to figure out what supplements and dosages I should take as best I can. I'm following the advice of a friend.
The beta-carotene supplements are a game changer. My trauma cataract was said to be unstoppable and that I would need cataract surgery at some point. I was able to stop the progression of my trauma cataract and reverse it after taking these supplements.
