I am reviewing Beta-carotene is a vitamin A component This is a good product, it seems to be. I like it. Carotene 25 000 IU 130 pcs (4+ Month Supply) of Rapidly Disintegrating Capsules. Prior to these, I always got beta carotene in "softgel" type capsules, but those are a bit bigger, difficult to swallow Capsules are made of gelatin and should be swallowed. This is a great supplement, and I don't know which one is more or less bioavailable, but it is easy on the stomach and seems fine for supplementation. There has been no dramatic change in my sleep when taking these, which is probably a good sign. Anyone who wishes to supplement with beta-carotene should consult their doctor before doing so Considering that this would be a relatively cost-effective means of providing beta-carotene, I think it's worth a shot. It's kind of toxic to consume Vitamin A, so beta carotene should really be considered by the World Health Organization as a necessary vitamin since it's the precursor to Vitamin A.
