In any supplement you intend to use to support your eye health, look for ingredients such as lutein, zeaxanthin, and astaxanthin. C3G, the black currant extract, is less well known to me, but it is a rich source of flavanoids, compounds derived from plants (especially dark berries) that are alleged to have a number of health benefits, especially in relation to microcirculation.

There is some evidence that may help reduce the chances of developing macular degeneration by supplementing with certain substances. As I have seen family members lose their vision due to this, taking one capsule a day seems obvious to me in order to reduce the risk of the same happening to me. Although I like this product, I have an adverse reaction to it, so I will likely not purchase it When I take it, I feel uptight, feel like my body is out of sync, and my mind is just as off as it is The effects after taking it are hard to explain, but I just don't feel "normal. " As saffron contains cyanide, taking large amounts can be lethal, and taking it long term can be toxic (not longer than six weeks). I read that Saffron should only be consumed in small portions, and for short periods. Saffron is present in this formula in a quantity which, luckily, does not seem to belong to the dangerous category, but I still leave it out since it is not safe Due to the minor side effect(s) I experience from it, I decided not to purchase. Though it looks like a good formula, this one appears to be the best. There is no one size fits all.

In my left eye, I have been taking this in hopes of slowing down the growth of a cataract. Floaters are bothersome to me and I hope this can help to get rid of them. The floaters should be lighter because of this.
