I started taking this supplement and have felt great since I did. I do a lot of weight training and CrossFit, so this product enables me to recover quickly. I was able to train without getting fatigued. As a result, I have not been sick with the flu for the past few years. Even when my husband has some sort of illness, I do not get it, since this medicine is so powerful. Taking care of myself is an important part of my routine.
