I just started taking them again with my family. My mom is asking for them as well. After she ran out of both of these, she said her joints and muscles were more sore. As soon as we stopped taking them, we noticed a difference. It is taken by each of us in the amount of 8mg daily. Each of us takes at least 4 mg daily. It's better to take a small dosage because you can adjust it as needed. The day I stopped taking the medication, I experienced some skin allergies. This product is great, and I liked how easy it was to receive it. It would have been nice if I had noticed it was 4 mg, rather than 12 mg, They are the same size as the 12mg but I have to take three of them, so they are not as great value as I thought they would be.
