In the description I do not see a dosage of 12 mg. A container contains 120 caps containing 4 mg of medicine per cap. A daily dose of one cap is recommended. I think both of these descriptions are correct.

Excellent value for the money. I believe it is an authentic product. However several reviews are seemingly incorrect. The product I received is displayed in the following images.
