For the past ten years, I've been lifting weights. I'm 47. I follow a consistent Linear Progression training plan, make consistent weekly gains, keep track of everything, and know exactly where I should be and what numbers I should be hitting. I've never written an Amazon review before, but I feel obligated to do so now. So, at the start of my current training cycle, I started doing this. After three weeks, I'm still dissatisfied with this product; Pre Jym does exactly what it claims to do. for approximately 30 minutes I'm older, and I lift a lot of weight for a guy my size, as well as taking longer breaks. As a result, it must last for the duration of the workout, which is typically 1 hour. It only lasts 5 hours and causes me to pass out. In fact, I've gone backwards in my development. That's right, it's the other way around. In the last three weeks, I should have been able to increase my reps and weight. While using PreJym, I've been able to lift less weight and do fewer reps. "Satisfaction Guaranteed" is written on the package. I'm not seeing how they back up that guarantee anywhere. It's all just a bunch of nonsense. There are no excuses for my negative side effects because I used the product "as directed" in conjunction with Post Jym. Every day, exactly as stated in the directions. I'm sure some people will benefit from this product, particularly those who are new to lifting, but they'll get the "new lifter" effect even if they don't use it. br>For recovery, I usually use Promera Sports products like Pre, Pump, Concrete, and Alpha. With all of Promera's products, I see long-term results and recovery, whereas this Jym stuff seems to me to be just a bunch of marketing hype aimed at new lifters, because new lifters with any level of consistency will see "gains. " Jym isn't for you, older gentlemen. I would give it zero stars if it didn't give you a rush, but that's primarily due to the high dose of caffeine, albeit for a very short period of time. I will not buy this again and wish I could get my money back, but their "satisfaction guarantee" doesn't appear to offer any actual guarantee.
However, it isn't a pleasant experience. If you don't need a lot of caffeine to get going, it'll work for you. I bought it to take a break from Pre-K. I alternate between War and my Hyde/Jekyll stack. br>br>Because of the size of the scoop, I had to drink 12 ounces instead of my usual 4. 6 is inconvenient because it requires roughly three times the amount of water as other brands. br>br>At first, the flavor is pleasant. It has the worst aftertaste as soon as you finish it, and I have to use mouthwash right away or I'll start gagging from the film on my tongue. br>br>It takes 40-45 minutes. Instead of the usual 20 minutes, it takes 45 minutes to kick in. I go to the gym first thing in the morning. I'm in desperate need of something that will get me moving quickly. This isn't the case. br>br>This brand has gotten a lot of positive press, but it's not for me.
This is, without a doubt, the best-tasting pre-dinner drink. I've never used a workout like this before. It appeals to me greatly. I ordered the strawberry pineapple flavor, which is delicious. The jar, however, only has enough food for 20 people. That isn't a significant amount of money. Because the scoop is so large, it's recommended that you use one scoop per 16-ounce serving. a 20-ounce glass of water I can't drink that much before a workout, so after a few days of following the instructions, I switched to half a scoop and an 8-ounce glass of water. ten ounces Overall, it's a solid pre-game experience. workout. After about ten minutes, I can feel it starting to work. It will take 15 minutes. There are no strange effects or anything like that for me. It's simply too costly to continue using as instructed. br>br>Ratings of flavor: br>br>Tangerine is a citrus fruit that is native to the Mediterranean region. Strawberry Pineapple - Not bad overall, but a little tart. br>Strawberry Pineapple - Not bad overall, but a little tart. Rainbow sherbet - sweeter, but with a hint of sourness from the pineapplebr> EXCELLENT. I'd drink this all the time if it were a juice. br>Strawberry Kiwi - Very good.
I didn't like it at first. I followed the directions exactly, but I didn't get the jolt of energy I was expecting. I didn't bother with the mixing instructions. It could just be the flavor, but you'll choke it down if you mix it with 16 oz of water. It's pretty good when mixed with 8 oz or less. After that, drink an additional 8 ounces of water. During the workout, this product provides a better overall feeling of energy and clarity. I think I can complete exhaustion in about an hour and 15 minutes. For the next four hours, there will be no buzz, so I can go to bed even if I lift later in the evening. Before I make a final judgment, I intend to try a different flavor; it's a product worth trying.
Pre- has been my go-to method for a long time. Jym has been my go-to music since its inception, and it continues to be so. hands-on-assistance I've tried a lot of PWOs, and this is by far the best one I've tried. I've experimented with a variety of them, including Pre- Jym continues to deliver the best results and value. Despite taking it on a daily basis, I've never developed a tolerance for it. It gives you the desire to destroy your workout without making you jittery or uncontrollable, and I usually only take half of the recommended serving size (6'5" 220lbs). You've got a lot of focus, a lot of pump, and you've got a lot more performance. I also notice that it improves blood flow, which eliminates the yawns I frequently experience during my workout when I don't take Pre- Jym. There are no proprietary blends, and all of the ingredients are listed in their exact amounts, as they should be.
I had a bad taste in my mouth and felt sick to my stomach. Both my husband and I felt compelled to try this product after doing our research. The Strawberry Pineapple, we both agree, is disgusting. It has a fishy flavor and is unappealing as a preworkout supplement. It made me feel nauseous, to be honest. This could be because I usually don't eat before a workout. I'm not sure if I'll keep using it because I can't stand the taste. However, I must say that it provided me with the necessary boost. I did experience some tingling, but it wasn't as intense as some of the other preworkouts I've tried. Aside from the nausea, I've had good workouts with this product, and I'm nervous to try different flavors because I like how it makes me feel. Try a different flavor if you're curious about this product.
