I'm not happy, to be sure. I've been using Nitraflex for a long time and ordered Nitraflex C (Creatine) thinking it was Nitraflex with creatine added. It does, however, contain Yohimbe, which is only mentioned in the Ingredients section. Many people, including myself, are extremely sensitive to yohimbe. I took this product and almost immediately experienced heart palpitations, extreme anxiety, sweating, and a runny nose. I was freaking out until I remembered that I'd had similar feelings before. I had only taken this pre-workout supplement, and sure enough, Yohimbe was present. I could have died if I'd taken a large dose like I usually do on leg days. Many people are allergic to Yohimbe, so I believe it is criminal negligence not to list it prominently on the label. Thank you for absolutely nothing.

I don't mix my pre-workout with water; instead, I take a scoop and swish it around in my mouth with a little water. GAT has always satisfied me when it comes to a great preworkout that doesn't break the bank!.
The flavor is excellent. Pump is very effective. For hydration purposes, I always add a little more water than the recipe calls for. Years ago, I used Nitraflex as a pre-workout supplement, and it was quite effective. This isn't as intense as the previous one, but it's still a good warm-up. Both of them were excellent. I'm nearing the end of my Atomic journey. One pre-workout with which I have had a bad experience. This is especially true now that I've discovered Yohimbe. I believe the Atomic had a high dosage because it gave me all of the severe symptoms. I haven't had any issues with Nitraflex, so I'm staying put for the time being. GAT Sports has always produced excellent products, and I particularly enjoy their JetMass.
to-date workout I'm 19 years old and a woman, so finding the right stimulant for me was crucial for my health, as I didn't want to start a steroid cycle while still gaining weight. This is the best product for it. It takes about a week to get used to the amount of caffeine, but once I do, the pump I get is insane! I'm more focused than usual, and I'm able to power through my workouts without becoming shaky. As a woman, I wouldn't use this on a regular basis because the Testosterone Building Complex in it messes with my hormonal balances, but it's still my favorite.
Nitraflex is something I've been using for a long time. I was thrilled when they released a creatine version, and I'm even happier now that they've added this Cherry Limeade flavor to it; it's now my favorite PreWO!.
With this product, the pump is real, and I swear there are times when I don't want to leave the gym. The flavor is delectable. If you're prone to acne, be wary of taking it because it made me break out more. If you catch my drift, your libido is also off the charts.
From 5 a. m. to 2 p. m. , just the right amount of creatine is delivered. There are no flushing issues to worry about.
