Before I started mixing it all together with my Endo Pump and Creatine, it should have looked like cloudy water. I do have to say, though, that BPN is the only product I will buy anymore because of how well it works and tastes.
Because the new products do not contain any artificial color dyes, all pre-workouts, endo pump, and in-focus will be white.

It has an acceptable taste. Each serving contains 334 milligrams of caffeine. wow. Although there is no creatine, the tingles are intense if you enjoy the poison oak sensation. br>br>I'm going to have to say it again to make sure this is understood. I'm disappointed that a $43 product fails to meet my expectations. 00 is devoid of creatine, which is one of, if not THE most scientifically researched supplement for performance enhancement. It does, however, contain some snake oil nootropic sheyit, such as piper nigrum and club moss. Whatever the case may be. I don't mind because I'm not doing quantum physics in the squat rack doing bicep curls. br>br>In conclusion, I am underwhelmed. I feel like I was duped, because ON makes a great preworkout that tastes great and contains 3 grams of creatine, 175 milligrams of caffeine, and 1. 25 milligrams of taurine. Instead of BPNs 3, 5mg of beta alanine is used. 2mg), and all for less than $20 (it's currently $16 on Amazon). I won't be buying anything else from BPN in the future. It had a delicious flavor. At the gym, it didn't provide me with the extra push I needed. Although it did aid in focus, I believe it would be better suited to studying or completing tasks rather than workouts.
BPN is an excellent company, and this pre-workout will provide you with the energy and focus you require for a challenging workout. I don't even need to take the entire scoop to feel energized and motivated. The flavor is fantastic, and it reminds me of a blue jolly rancher. I've experimented with a variety of different pre-made meals. This is by far the best of all the workouts I've done.
Suitable for a KETO/IF diet! I took this because I'm fasting and working out before I eat while on the keto diet. It was exactly what I was looking for. Because it's only 10 calories, it won't knock you out of ketosis, and it also didn't knock me out of fasting, so it's a win-win. Then there's the price per serving, which is one of the most affordable on the market. br>br>The flavor isn't great, but it's not bad either. br>br>The green apple's only flaw is that it's a little too sweet. br>br>Once my body had fully adapted to being on keto/IF and my energy levels weren't as high as they were when I first started, this greatly aided me. Despite the fact that I am not a caffeine or coffee drinker, a full dose of this gave me no jitters. br>br>On the first day, I didn't feel groggy or tired; instead, I felt great with a good pump and didn't feel obligated to push past the depleted state I felt on some days.
It didn't work out for me, unfortunately. It definitely gave me a head start. I enjoy the tingling sensations that come with working out, but after three days, I was cramping and bloated. It only stopped when I stopped using this product, which was the only change in my diet/routine; I understand that everyone's biological makeup is different, so it may or may not work for others.
After trying the Apple and, before, the Pineapple Cocalada, the raspberries seemed faster then there original website and the bottle was half open. If I were ordering from amazon I was hoping that the original retailer would get it faster. However, I was left in limbo until Amazon arrived. Goodluck.
Exceptionally impressive. I can't recommend this pre-workout highly enough. The sour apple is one of my favorite fruits. So easy to work with. It goes well together. This Flight pre-workout contains fewer ingredients than the previous pre-workout I used from another company. Which is better because I don't want to overload my body with junk. That's one of the best aspects of Bare Performance Nutrition. My flight went off without a hitch. During my workouts, I was focused and energized, and best of all, I didn't experience any negative side effects throughout the day.
I usually take optimum nutrition tier 1 plus because it is less expensive. I was hoping to find a product that worked similarly to tier 1 without the creatine, but this didn't work nearly as well. It doesn't have the same flavor. I'll keep looking because it's salty and sour, with a bitter aftertaste.
