Favorite flavor in other pre-workout brands, but this Rocket Pop flavor is too dry for me. With or without a lot of water, it isn't particularly sweet. I don't notice any effects with single or double scoops, either. I'm going to stick to their pre-mixed pre-workout drinks.
This pre- It is very effective to exercise. I've been using Total War for 6 months and am starting to notice that the taste is starting to bother me. I'm so afraid of drinking this that just thinking about it makes me sick. It feels like I'm on meth after I choke it down and the nausea goes away.
This is by far the worst preworkout I've ever had. I'm not sure if I got a bad batch or what, but it's by far the worst preworkout I've ever had. Drinking it is extremely difficult. With my workout, it also gave me no focus, no energy, and no power.
I enjoy the flavor, and the energy rushes over me quickly. I'd recommend this brand over a lot of others.
My son buys workouts, and he tried this new flavor and liked it a lot - I like that this one is a little bigger!.
I absolutely adore this product and use it in my 5-a-day workouts. I work out six times a week, and this pre-workout is my favorite. The flavor is fantastic (I prefer tigers blood), and it lasts for the duration of my 2-hour workout. After taking this, I am energized and ready to go. A ten out of ten recommendation.
Dudes. Is Redcon1 legit, and is he selling a double-sized preworkout? It gets even better. Tastes great, has a lot of caffeine, doesn't make you jittery, gives you complete focus, and has a nice comedown that won't make you crash. br>However, it's not the case.
