I saw a noticeable difference in the color of my daughter's teeth after two applications (30 min. each) and in mine after four (30 min. I remember hers being more yellow in the beginning than mine. Though she is now a teenager, her adult teeth are more yellow than the ones she had as a child. There are no other ways to describe teeth, according to the dentist. This does not necessarily have to be the case! I found this to be 100% helpful. I was totally blown away by this deal and it was so worth the price. In addition to the Snow 1 year plan, I purchased generic led light accelerators on Amazon as well.

The only time I have ever used a whitener this consistently without experiencing pain was when I used it up. Snow is not needed for this. Instead, this works with another whitening light.
