The product works well and is high quality to whiten teeth. I would surely recommend it.
To make sure the gel on my teeth is spread evenly, I merely filled the gel retainer just enough to ensure that it spreads. It determined how many days to allow (probably about a two week period). It did not bother me at night to keep the gel on until I woke up in the morning, since I kept it on. One of the beauties of 16% is not being stronger, but smaller.

As a first time user I was more cautious than usual, so I decided not to try the overnight method. As I already wrote a review about them, I made my own mouth trays (I did a review for them)
I followed the directions on Zoom whitening and tried it for an hour. I did not sense any So, let's see how it goes for our 2 hour trial. What's the reason? It is not always the same ingredients that make up whiting peroxide. Ummm, I'm speechless! There is nothing better than this product. I used only one time to build my teeth up to White White White. It is well worth the money. I paid $100 at my dentist and this is hands down much.
These are top and bottom retainers that I used to restructure my teeth The yellow on my teeth needs to be bleached. It really is a difference fast, but be careful and seek the advice of your dentist if you aren't sure. Furthermore, I like the 16% of toothpaste because it may not irritate the gums so much.
