Opalescence is rated in stars only if it is the real thing. As long as the product is not expired or fake, it is "great". My package of Opalescence 20% was delivered in May 2016, and after two attempts to whiten with the product, I became suspicious when no results occurred. I contacted Ultradent directly and they informed me that they receive complaints regarding expired product sold online.
