We have used this product for several years but purchased through our dental office. My attempt to save some money caused me to order these from Amazon but I was The first time my husband used it, he said the trays didn't have the same amount of whitening paste in them, and it was hard to get the other half out. Yesterday, I used a set and I could tell right away he was right in that there was barely any paste in the trays. It was also difficult for me to separate the whiten film from the bottom tray. Once I wore the tray for a while and released it from the teeth sheath, I was able to use it. It was then that I realized that the whitening teeth sheath only covered half of the bottom front teeth, so that should produce a shade difference between whitened and yellowed It is a poor quality control to release these at the same time as your dentist!.
I received this box opened and the product trays looked different than what I ordered. It appears the trays were switched to 10% from the 15% that It goes without saying that I won't be using a chemical product that is obviously It's a real disappointment.
