The product itself is excellent; the problem is that dispensing it is nearly impossible due to the extreme strength required to depress the aerosol can's button. It doesn't get any better with the pump bottle. Every time I used it, I had to have someone else do it for me!.

I used it for tennis elbow, and my father used it for a strained shoulder, and it provided immediate relief and stopped the pain on contact. It worked for both of us right away.
