Is this the third pack?

Yes, there were three bottles in my package.

All of the other Releev products, I noticed, have a one-day countdown on the front. This is not the case. Isn't it the same product, just in a three-pack?

A set of three is included in the package. It took a couple of days for my fever blister to go away because it was full-blown when I got it, but it does work.

For me, it works! As a sufferer of cold sores, I've tried a variety of products over the years, some of which are effective and others which are not

When many products are applied, they tend to burn or sting; however, this one does not! when applied at the first sign of a break out and reapplied as needed This stuff works great if you apply it every couple of hours. Even if the breakout is not caught early enough, this product will shorten the time it takes to heal to just a few days. Did I mention it doesn't hurt or irritate your skin?.
