NO, IT DOESN'T KILL THE NERVE, BUT IT DOES EASE THE PAIN, AND I HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT. IT HELPED ME WITH SERVERE PAIN, and I believe it did because I haven't had any problems since, touch wood.

Tastes terrible, but it gets the job done. Will immediately begin treating sore gums and toothache pain. This will get you through until you can see a dentist.
This is fantastic. It's not for the sake of taste; it does exactly what it says. I am pleased with my purchase. The only niggle is that they refunded me for the second one I purchased. I suppose they were only able to send one because they were out of stock. 😔.
The instructions say not to touch the tooth's surrounding tissue, but nothing about what to do if you do! Even though I followed the directions, this burned my mouth immediately. I spent 20 minutes swishing cold water around in my mouth and allowing it to drain. Unless the goal is to direct pain from the tooth to the cheeks, gums, and tongue, in which case this fire liquid succeeded.
I haven't tried the product yet, but it was recommended to me by Dr. He said it was great for easing toothaches and gum inflammation.
This is the most effective treatment for toothaches. I've tried a lot of different things in my life. This is something that you should always keep in mind.
