That is an excellent query. The expiration date is stamped along the right side of the back panel and imprinted on the bottom crimp end of the tube, but this product does not have a set shelf life. After the expiration date has passed, we don't recommend using it.
As an adult, I've used it for braces, and I let my tween use it when she needs it. Rather than swallowing pills, I prefer to use a topical gel.

This is a product that I do not use. But I had to give it a shot in order to give it a rating. The most common complaints I hear from customers and the elderly in assisted-living facilities are the following: living. Is the product different now? It doesn't last as long as it used to, and it's more like a gel now.
I did not receive what I had requested. The item description shows a severe toothache gel, but what I got was a medicated toothache and gum gel. I've been looking for the severe gel for a long time and assumed this was it, but it's not. The severe version is thicker and actually adheres to the tooth that is causing discomfort. The medicated gel disintegrates almost instantly. It was a waste of money and did not live up to the expectations!.
Simply soak a cotton swap in the liquid and place it on your gums to relieve the pain. I wouldn't be without it; I'm in my early 70s and my gums occasionally require assistance. This small bottle lasts a long time and is extremely effective! I can apply a small amount to a canker sore or a sore tooth and the pain disappears almost immediately. It lasts for a long time. This is a product that I would not be without.
It also lasts for several hours without the need to reapply.
It tastes fantastic. It's possible that you'll have to keep applying, but at least it'll taste good. does not leave a bad taste in your mouth It's thick enough to get into cracks, but it's strange. It's going to be there. It quickly alleviates the discomfort.
My tongue keeps hitting a broken tooth with a very sharp point, and I'm getting sores. My tongue and throat muscles are in such excruciating pain that I am unable to swallow. As a result, I decided to give it a go. This is my fifth attempt at it. I do it before bed because you can't eat or drink for several hours, and it's still there after ten minutes. But it's gone every morning.
For about 14 minutes, it worked. It's important to massage it into your gums and mouth. Because the tube is so small, you won't be able to use it for very long. For such a small tube, the price seems excessive. It'll be fine. It will provide you with some relief for the time being. Unfortunately, you'll only be able to use it for so long. As directed, four times per day. So there isn't much pain relief there.
This is the best product for any pain in the mouth, whether it's a toothache or gum pain, and it's not expensive.
