It's best to start with your gums and then move on to your tonsils. I've used it on my gums before and it numbs them a lot, but everyone is different.
It is Benzocaine and is the same product as used by my dentist.
They're gel bottles, and they're fantastic. It only takes a little to make a big difference. I really like this product.

This is a blessing in disguise! On one side, my fiance had a loose molar and an abscessed wisdom tooth, while on the other, he had a loose molar and an abscessed wisdom tooth. Until a friend suggested HurriCane gel, he relied on clove oil. It took a long time for him to get the dental work done because he had to wait a week for antibiotics to clear up the infection after waiting for the finances and then getting an appointment. He claims the taste was superior to the extra strength ambesol and clove oil. br>br>He claims he wouldn't have made it without this product! Because the product is thick, almost like wax, it stays put and doesn't drip or run like other products. It was the only way he could get any sleep, so he put it on a Qtip and rubbed it all over his tooth and gums, then left it on there for a few minutes. HurriCane gel immediately relieved the pain after the teeth were extracted. He was only given ibuprofen or Tylenol for pain, so he would have been in excruciating pain if not for this product. The dental hygienist even said it was just as good as what they were using previously. br>br>He ate both jars before I noticed him, so I ordered two more in watermelon, which he preferred even more. We still have a full jar that hasn't been opened, and we'll keep one on hand in case any future dental issues arise. br>br>Tl/dr: Would buy again in a heartbeat! It really works.
Any discomfort in your neck, such as a toothache. It'll be taken care of in no time. I'm glad I came across it. Watermelon and Pina Colada were the flavors I tried. Although I prefer watermelon, they also offer other flavors. br>I used it while I was getting a root canal. It is extremely effective. I do recommend it, at least for me!.
Great product! My daughter had a few "bad" teeth that needed to be fixed and we had to wait for a dentist appointment. This saved my life, and it lasted much longer than orajel!.
This was a fantastic solution. I had dental surgery, and the orajel wasn't doing much to help. This stuff worked perfectly to numb my gums and didn't taste like medicine at all.
Works great, numbs in seconds and lasts a long time; my favorite flavor is the watermelon; the tropical flavor is a little bitter at first, but well worth it for the relief it provides.
If you have a toothache, give it a try, it's some of the best to take medicine I've ever had. If you have a toothache, give it a try, it'll give you instant pain relief that lasts for a while.
