I am amazed! Have you ever been in doubt? I suggest that you get this. For the past year, I've been struggling to fix my tongue issues. After getting my wisdom teeth removed, my tongue has not been the same. Even though I tried all I could, the white coating wouldn't go away. Using salt paste, baking soda and peroxide, as well as mouth washes, oil pulling and antiacids, I scrubbed, scrapped and used salt paste and baking soda I'll take anything to fight the fungal infection! At that point, I felt so insecure that I was convinced the problem was just my tongue. It was a risk I took, so I bought it. I notice a dramatic change in my tongue after just ONE application. The color is actually pink now! There may be some soreness on your tongue the first time. Do not scrub too hard and follow the instructions carefully. As for the gel, it's also fantastic. A nice balance between overpowering and delicate. My recommendation to everyone is to read this book. It feels good to be confident again.

Worked like a charm! It's impossible to clean your tongue with toothpaste because it is coated with gunk and oil. When I tried using a toothbrush and regular toothpaste, it did not work. Your tongue will be free of all the yucky stuff with this product!.

Gel-like but more like a paste

That formula is not my cup of tea. As far as messiness goes, I have never had a problem with it. It goes down into the brush, but not into my hands. I think it is too thick. I've noticed if I don't rub my finger over the rush while rinsing it out, there's remnants of the gel from the last use. It does what it's designed to do, however, which is to cleanse my.
