After using a tablespoon for years, I thought this might be a better option. It's a fine product, but it won't remove more bacteria from your tongue compared to using a tablespoon. You can get it for a lot less at the grocery store than those plastic bags. It is simple enough to rinse the spoon and the scraper in hot water after every scraping.
It is recommended to everyone, even if you believe that your oral health is excellent.

This is a good buy. It is something you want to do. As a result of REMOVING a layer of mucus off of my tongue that was older than myself, I was able to reach so far back, I hit dinosaurs.
