Therabreath products are always the best for me, and they recommend that you brush the paste on your tongue and then let it sit there for at least 10 to 30 seconds before scrubbing it away. The TUNG brand paste is what I use for doing this A delicious mint flavor can be found in it. Make sure your tongue is fully extended and then gently scrape the TUNG gel on for 10 strokes, let sit for about 10 to 30 seconds, then gently scrape off. It's not the norm for me to endorse products, but give this a look. Despite my obvious efforts to hide it, my tongue has haunted me for years. It's been deeply fissured for a long time, and it always seems to have a gnarly film on it as well. My first experience with it made me feel gross (and I apologize to anyone who I might have kissed previously). As a rule, I brush several times a day and make sure I brush my tongue as hard as I can. The mouthwashes I have tried haven't worked for me. The tongue scraper is a tool I have used. It looks like I might have thrush, so I showed it to a doctor In spite of the fact that it looked gnarly and might make me feel icky (his exact words), he said it was nothing to worry about. I am very happy with this brush! A few moments ago, my tongue looked brown due to a layer of gunk. I'm embarrassed to admit to that. My stomach turned over in disgust. I scrubbed my tongue right away as soon as the brush and tung paste arrived in the mail. It was almost as if I cried when I saw pink again. The brush did not clean my tongue very well with my regular toothbrush, so why should a different brush do a better job? It was a good decision to give it a try. I felt that my tongue was really dirty, so I scrubbed vigorously and after a few uses I actually made it I think that's why the package said "brush gently" (which I first thought was a bit excessive). Putting on my toothbrush only lightly once a day has become my new routine. Even though I don't use paste- I just use I've tried it, and it works perfectly.

This is a new product I received today and tried it early this god, it took 10 seconds for my tongue to turn There has never been a time when my tongue looked I have tried brushing my tongue twice a day with toothpaste and a toothbrush for many years in the hopes of at least not having It's officially my new tongue brush and it's part of my new routine. My mouth feels fresh and my tongue is pink. Now I have a fresh smell, no more bad breath and a fresh tongue. The anti-aging cream I'm using is really working. I was starting to think that I wouldn't find anything that worked. When you cut your tongue for the first few times, you will bleed a bit, but that is because the grime will be removed from the teeth. It will take seconds for you to see results for the first time.
