When I brush my teeth, I actually brush my tongue with my toothbrush, followed by scraping it with the scraper. Nevertheless, you might want to give it a shot first.

This and Dr. Tungs are the two products I bought since I couldn't decide which one was best. There is no handle on this one, but it is wider and longer than Dr. Tung's. Initially I disliked this one because it was so wide (I have an average tongue size compared to others), and I felt like I had a hard time manipulating it however, once you get used to it, it is well worth it.
It was on my wish list for quite a few months before I bought it as I thought it was just a glorified metal stick for only $7. The tongue on my right hand was pretty dirty and white and there was no way to completely clean it with a toothbrush or anything else. As soon as I purchased and began using it, I wished I had gotten it sooner, as it is one of my best investments. Although it is just a single piece of metal, it has a sharp edge that is just sharp enough to scrape the nasty stuff off without injuring. Using it to clean deep inside the back of my tongue takes me a few days to get used to, but I have no trouble using it. All dirt is rinsed off easily and is easy to clean. As far as I can tell, there is nothing else that has done a better job at cleaning my tongue than this product.
My tongue is so gross that I never realized how much gunk was on it in the morning. Honestly, I find it a little disgusting. I feel like my mouth is extra clean after using this product. You can get rid of a lot of gunk with it because it is sharp enough. This product is fantastic - it leaves your breath fresh for hours. The part that scrapes your tongue is surprisingly small so I'm not really sure what the problem is here. I was told that the scraper part is wider as well, which helps to collect everything and not let it spill over I found this to be a very important and helpful The weird thing about it is that it felt as if I could actually feel my taste buds on the roof of my mouth, so I have no doubt that it could really improve taste. My excitement to use the device took over and I put too much force on it because it specifically tells you to go gentle, but I did not damage it in any way. I don't think it's necessary to include a picture since you guys already know what it looks like.
The effectiveness of tongue brushing is greater than that of tongue cleaning. The product was recommended to me by a physician who believed it would improve digestion and health, Dr. Suhas Kshirsagar. Despite brushing my tongue for several weeks prior to this, after finding out that the scraper was more effective at combating bacteria, I decided to give this product The stainless steel makes it a good choice for surgical use. Although I have only been using it for a few days, I believe it is more effective than brushing my tongue with a toothbrush. As part of my oral hygiene regime, this is a wonderful item to have. When it comes to taking care of your breath and teeth, you can never do enough and this simply adds to that. It was amazing how much gum remained in the mouth even after I brushed, but besides the visual factor, you know the difference in how your tongue feels as well as your breath after using this product. Not disappointed at all and will consider this customer for similar health-related needs in the future.
