Neither the straw nor the mouth blower worked for me to inflate the balloon to a firm level. I was only able to get a 3 out of 5 in terms of firmness. Three stars are deserved (hence the rating). I was unaware that the ball was equipped with an air valve check device, so as soon as I removed my finger from the valve opening it rapidly deflated, before I could insert the It has even been frozen for an hour or so, then I added more air (by mouth) to the semi-inflated ball. I got it up to level 3 the same way. After going to the product review section, I tapped Help and asked for help on inflating the bottle. It may have been incorrectly done on my part. As these were less than half the price of the brand-name balls, I bought four to have on hand in my yoga classes as a supplement to my Yoga Tune Up Coreageous balls. The feel and texture make them quite sturdy.
A balancing ball is needed to train with a reformer. I'm so glad you've done this!.
So that my mother could perform her therapy exercises, I needed the materials. I was able to blow it up very easily. This has so far worked very well and I've had no.
Balls like these are perfect for older adults who are active and want to do adductor work and shoulder work.
My workout wouldn't have been the same without it. The quality is awesome, it's durable, and it works with exercise.
