Once inflated, this ball becomes very large. I use it as a desk ball for my office. While seated upon the ball, I am barely able to touch the floor when it is fully inflated since I am 5'7". By reducing the amount of air, the problem was solved. You cannot even inflate the ball with the pump that is included because it makes the most horrendous high-pitched shrieking noise when you do it. With a pump like that, it would take forever to fill it. You and your pets would be driven insane by just the noise alone.
