The weight of my body is 200 pounds. This is what I use for yoga under my sacrum - I think your torso would be under it, so it might work. While I use it fully inflated, I rarely do so.
The "Slo-Pak" is made of "laytex" which can be found in most elastic or rubber products. However, you would need to contact the manufacturer directly to find this out. To find out for sure, you will need to use the "Mo" ball. * You make a good point
There are about 7" in circumference, so it's not very large. The pump will not operate unless you have a bicycle pump. In addition to the product, a small tube is included, which I promptly lost inside. I was given another, for free, from Silver Sneakers, and it seems to be much better. The small tube does not get lost! As far as quality is concerned, the ball I purchased seems to be resilient and useable.
Despite its light weight, it is very durable. It's a good product to have. I think it weighs about 4 ounces. The answer is not clear

I'm cool with that. I purchased the ball for use at home to continue physical therapy exercises after surgery. This appears to be a child's toy based on the packaging. My replacement shoes at PT aren't the best quality, but they are the brand I've been using. The stopper comes in easily enough, but it is a little tricky to force it into the tube without letting air There is no superior quality in this ball, but it will work for internal.
However, I was unable to keep the ball inflated, despite how great it was for Silver Sneakers exercises. I noticed that it would deflate when taking out the blow up tube to place the permanent stop. My second attempt failed as well, as I tried to keep the blow up tube attached to the stopper as well. With a perfect size ball like this I am very disappointed.
A great exercise tool, this ball can be used for a variety of exercises. To inflate it, you should choose the size that fits you. Although I, um, lost the straw inside the ball, the inflator straw that comes with it did an adequate job of inflating the purchased a small pump inflator at the same time, and it works just fine. I also bought a pump, which works well and doesn't have that rubbery smell that new toys sometimes have.
The ball I bought is sturdy enough to squeeze, and the pump I bought does not have that scent.
Italy's quality is second to none. It was only a matter of color that I was not able to choose. It is an excellent playground ball you can order at a reasonable price, and the one I got is made in Italy. After having and using it, I would say it is one of the best to choose from. You can buy the majority of them made in China for less than $10. Playing with this one would be more fun for my kids.
I have found this to be effective. When I went on a recent trip, my yoga instructor suggested I take the Slo Mo ball. If you are sitting on a plane, you can use it behind your back to ease the pain. If you want to use it as a neck pillow, you can do so. The Slo-compression may help you if you have a stiff back after your trip The mo ball is ready to knead, massage, and knead away any sore muscles you may be experiencing. The air is so easy to inflate (one good breath will do) and deflate (in a few You can put it in your luggage and it takes up no space and weighs nothing. Adaptogenic herbs provide a wide range of health benefits and make excellent companions.
A yoga type ball rolling workout, where I try to stay in one position for a short period of time. I am a female of medium height and weight. Using the plastic straw provided with the ball, I have found it easy to pump up. My favorite ways to use it include therapeutic yoga poses and supporting myself in sitting positions in uncomfortable chairs. It is unclear how well this would hold up for people of a larger size. If you can afford it, we recommend trying it out. As pleasantly surprised as I am, it works quite well!.
This is an exercise that I use in physical therapy. There is no weight to it, I just keep my hands together with it. Price is good, and the product is.
My intention was to use this for Pilates at home. I find it to be about the same size I use at the gym, and it feels similar too. Getting the plug in can be a bit challenging because you lose a little air trying to get it inflated fully. As compared to other Pilates balls specifically marketed for Pilates, this ball is like half the price and functions just as well.
