I checked the product information about this pulley set to see if it came with a metal door bracket or a nylon strap so, I checked the questions answered about this product for Answer This product comes with a metal bracket, as stated in the question. That's why I ordered a set of pulleys. The question of whether I wanted the metal door bracket or nylon strap was never asked, so I expected to receive the metal door bracket along with my pulley set as stated in my questions. When I received my pulley set today, it had a very short nylon strap and I was extremely disappointed. For me, it has no value. It isn't comfortable to use with my shoulder problem, since I have difficulty holding it in the proper position.

For me, sitting with my back to the door makes sense, which is what my physical therapist suggests. My daughter's old house had a knotted strap that kept falling out of old doors. I originally obtained one of each type, but the knotted strap kept falling out. A form letter was sent to me by Soymedical, the vendor. The enclosure I had read said satisfaction guaranteed, so that is what I understood it to mean. sent an email to the manufacturer, and I received a response immediately. It took less than a week for them to send me a replacement. Customer service was fabulous, even though it did not come.

I love it! This very high quality door stop has a metal bracket that goes over the door and foam in it so that it can fit different sized doors. The lock on most of them requires you to close the door onto the holder, and if you open the door, you will have to start over. By using this bracket, I can place the ropes on the BACK of a door all the time, so they stay hidden, then just go into the room when I want to use it, and close the door. This device is really this nylon rope and a metal pulley with a plastic wheel it is not that the rope needs to be strong, but I think thicker rope will make it hang more straightly, and it will just glide One more really cool feature is the curved plastic handles which feel more comfortable in your hands, PLUS there are cleats inside so you can adjust the rope length easy on either side of the handle.

One can only imagine what one can say about a product that has five components. It was recommended to my wife by her physical therapist to wear this type of item while she recovers from what is known as 'Frozen Shoulder'. The main challenge for this product type is the pulley and its ability to withstand continual pressure without disintegrating Based on my 'research' it appears the main challenge is the pulley. The chances are still high since she has only used it for two weeks, but I have to say that she is fairly satisfied with the pulley itself. Fortunately, the pulley itself and the frame and axle are made of metal, so they should have been durable for this level of product. The cord appears to be long enough and I appreciate the ability to adjust the working length easily by repositioning the handles without having to tie knots. The touch is nice. I found it to be a good product at a reasonable price.
